Questa cascata si è formata per movimenti tettonici ed ha un dislivello di 120 metri distinguibili in 24 metri di salto vero e proprio e 96 metri di scivolamento delle acque con una pendenza media del 40 %.

Attiva per tutto l'anno, questa cascata offre uno spettacolo unico in inverno quando, a causa delle rigide temperature, viene interamente ricoperta di ghiaccio che crea strutture naturali uniche per bellezza e suggestione.

Durante il disgelo, con l'aumento della portata, si possono ammirare maestosi giochi d'acqua accompagnati dall'impressionante frastuono delle acque che precipitano lungo il costone roccioso sottoforma di bianca schiuma.

Pur raggiungibile tramite il sentiero, si sconsiglia di percorrere la superficie di scivolamento della cascata in quanto il fondo risulta molto scivoloso.

The formation of this waterfall is due to tectonic movements and it covers a total of 120m. The water actually falls for 24m and then flows downwards, over a 40% inclination, for 96m. The fall is active the whole year round and is breathtaking in winter when, because of the severe temperatures, it ices up and forms uniquely beautiful natural structures. As it thaws, the flow increases and creates a host of spectacular effects accompanied by the deafening roar of the waters as they rush foaming down the rocky edges of the river banks. Although the waterfall can be reached from the path, it is better not to follow the route of the descending water as the river bottom is very slippery.
