La pieve del IX secolo è considerata uno degli esempi più belli del Romanico in Italia.
Restaurata nel XII secolo, mantiene caratteristici capitelli corinzi e colonne piuttosto tozze, mentre completamente rifatti risultano la facciata, il pavimento ed il presbiterio.

This 9th-century parish church is one of the most beautiful examples of Romanesque art in Italy. It was restored in the 12th century, keeping the traditional Corinthian capitals and the somewhat stocky columns. The floor, the facade and the presbytery, on the other hand, have been completely restored.
