Questo borgo comprende un magnifico Torrione, resto dell'antica fortezza di Sant'Andrea dei Da Montegarullo, la quale, attaccata dai Lucchesi, venne espugnata nel 1396. Nel borgo si trovano, oltre che numerose antiche case civili e rurali, l'Oratorio di San Rocco risalente all'800, la Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant'Andrea ricostruita nel 1886 al cui interno è possibile vedere un ciborio del 1644, un soffitto del '700 con un raro lampadario ligneo, una Croce astile del '400 ed un interessante dipinto di "Madonna col Bambino".

The great tower in this village is the only remaining part of the ancient fortress of Sant'Andrea, property of the Da  Montegarullos, which was attacked and destroyed by the Lucchesi family in 1396. As well as the numerous country and town houses, Sant'Andrea Pelago also boasts the San Rocco Oratory (19^th century) and the parish church of Sant'Andrea, rebuilt in 1886. Inside the church is a ciborium dating back to 1644, a marvellous ceiling from the 18^th century with a rare wooden chandelier, an astylar cross from the 15^th century, and an interesting painting of the 'Madonna and Child' ('Madonna col Bambino').
